Elizabeth joined StarForce in 2024 as a Hiring and Training Manager and Deputy Regional Manager for the Eastern Region. Prior to joining StarForce, Elizabeth had a successful career with the West Virginia Department of Highways that spanned over 18 years. Elizabeth oversees operations and Hiring and Training activities across West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida.
David Albanese
Hiring and Training Manager – Central Region
David joined StarForce in 2025. Prior to joining StarForce, David served in the US Air Force for 21 years in logistics and recruiting. His final assignment was Flight Chief, Operations Flight for the squadron covering Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. David oversees Hiring and Training activities in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas.
Ron Turney
Hiring and Training Manager – Northern Plains Region
Ron joined StarForce as a Hiring and Training Manager in 2025. Prior to becoming a Hiring and Training Manager, Ron worked for StarForce as a Driver from 2009 to 2011 in North Dakota. Ron served in the US Army for 20 years in the Special Operations field and subsequently worked in several transportation and security jobs. Ron oversees Hiring and Training activities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska.

Hiring and Training Manager – Midwestern Region
Jason joined StarForce as a Hiring and Training Manager in 2025. Before he was a Hiring and Training Manager, Jason worked as a StarForce Driver based in Chicago. Prior to joining StarForce, Jason worked as a Driver, Dispatch and Manager in several transportation companies in Illinois. Jason is responsible for the Hiring and Training activities across Michigan, Illinois, eastern Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
