Lauren Gibson
President & CEO
Lauren joined StarForce in 2004. She was promoted to Assistant VP in 2010, in charge of Administration in 2012, Senior VP in charge Administration and Regulatory Compliance in 2014, and Executive VP with oversight of all administration and operations in 2016. The Board of Directors elected Lauren President and CEO in July, 2018.
Lauren holds a JD degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Registered Nursing Degree from Christ College of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ohio State University. Lauren is a member of the National Defense Transportation Association and in 2022 was selected Chairman of the Government Travel Advisory Bus Committee.
Jon Chakeres
Chief Operating Officer
Jon joined StarForce in 2025. Prior to joining the company, Jon served in the US Army for 20 years in a variety of staff and leadership positions from the platoon to corps level. His last assignment was Chief of Current Operations for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He has a master’s degree in Security Studies from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in Operational Planning from the US Army Command and General Staff College.
Debbie Kramer
Business Manager
Debbie has been with StarForce since 2010. She serves as StarForce’s Regulatory Compliance Officer, maintaining Drivers and Vehicles compliance and supervision over StarForce’s payroll processing. Prior to StarForce, Debbie worked for many years as an administrative and fiscal manger for the University Club of Cincinnati.
Sara Ernst
Deputy Treasurer
Sara joined StarForce in 2021. She is responsible for invoicing StarForce’s military customers for monthly transportation services. Sara is also responsible for paying StarForce’s accounts payables. Sara has enjoyed an extended management career at Park National Bank, a leading lending institution.
Dave Overstreet
Chief of Hiring
Dave joined StarForce in 2025 as the Chief of Hiring. Previously, Dave served in the US Air Force for 22 years in logistics and recruiting. His final assignment was Enlisted Accessions Flight Chief in Toledo, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, and a Master of Arts in History from American Military University.
Johnna Coakley
Records Management
Johnna joined StarForce in 2022. Before joining StarForce, she studied at the University of Cincinnati and worked in several local and national hospitals before retiring from the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in 2015.
