Keith Lunsford
Senior Regional Manager – Western Sector
Keith lives in western Ohio and has been with StarForce since 2019. He supervises route and MEPS operations within Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Texas, and Louisiana and assists with overseeing operations in the western half of the U.S. Keith retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer after serving 21 years. During most of his Navy career he was in aviation and finished-up as the Fleet Equal Opportunity Advisor for Europe.
Danny Hypes
Senior Regional Manager – Eastern Sector
Danny joined StarForce in 2015, initially as a driver for the Beckley MEPS operations. He now supervises route and MEPS operations within W. Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, S. Carolina, Alabama and Florida. He assists with overseeing operations in the eastern half of the U.S. Prior to StarForce, Danny had an impressive 36 year career as a Supervisor with the West Virginia Highway Department. Danny’s daughter is excelling as an Air Force NCO.
Karl Yockey
Regional Manager – Michigan
Karl joined StarForce in 2013, initially as a driver for the Lansing MEPS operations. He was promoted to Regional Manager supervising wide-spread overland route and MEPS operations throughout Michigan. In addition, Karl is StarForce’s ELD Manager, overseeing all vehicles equipped with the electronic logging devices. Prior to StarForce, Karl had a notable 36 year career with General Motors.
Patrice McNeil
Manager – Florida (Atlantic Side)
Patrice joined StarForce in 2013 to help supervise the company’s expansion into Florida. She supervises Jacksonville operations, one of the country’s busiest MEPS operations. Prior to StarForce, Patrice was a successful overland truck driver.
Devin Marshall
Regional Manager – Great Plains
Devin joined StarForce in 2020, initially as a driver for the long Joplin, MO to Kansas City Route. He was promoted to Regional Manager supervising wide-spread overland route operations throughout Kansas and Oklahoma. Prior to StarForce, Devin retired as a Patrol Sergeant with the county Sherriff’s Office. Devin is a proud parent to a Marine Soldier.
Derek Barra
Manager – New Orleans
Derek came to StarForce in 2012, initially as a Driver, then was promoted to Manager supervising operations in New Orleans. Derek has been working in the transportation industry for over thirty years. He brings broad experience to StarForce. Derek also serves as the Road Supervisor overseeing Bus and Street Cars for the Regional Transit Authority. Outside of transportation, Derek is a proud father and grandfather.
Tommy Feimster
Manager – Dallas
Tommy has been with StarForce since 2009, when StarForce began operations in Dallas, TX. Tommy supervises a fleet of vehicles and drivers in Dallas, TX. Tommy served in the Air Force from 1972 to 1976. He then had a notable career in the U.S. Postal Service where he retired, just before joining StarForce.
Melvin Jennings
Manager – S. Carolina
Melvin began driving for StarForce in 2016. He was promoted to Manager over Fort Jackson operations, StarForce’s most complex. Melvin oversees multiple basic training routes in and out of Fort Jackson, as well as MEPS operations.
Melvin retired from the Army as a First Sergeant after serving 25 years. During most of his Army career he was a heavy wheel diesel mechanic. Melvin served in combat mission with Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operations Restore Hope in Somalia.
Mary Lou Rivera
Manager – San Antonio
Mary Lou joined StarForce in 2012 as a Bus Driver. She was later promoted to Manager overseeing the San Antonio operations. Her background includes extensive school bus operations and training experience, a vital asset for StarForce’s work on behalf of San Antonio MEPS, one of the nation’s busiest.
Jerry Faidley
Regional Manager– Iowa & Chicago
Jerry joined StarForce in 2013 as an Overland Route Driver in Iowa. After almost ten years of driving service to StarForce, he was promoted to Manager over Iowa Operations, and subsequently assumed the Chicago / Northern Illinois region as well. Jerry oversees multiple overland Routes and Des Moines MEPS operations. Prior to StarForce, Jerry had a notable 36 year career as a delivery driver for the United Parcel Service (UPS).
