Joe Kaczorowski, A Great StarForce Driver, 1999-2006 – Saginaw to Detroit MEPS Recruiting Route
StarForce drivers are the heart and soul of our company.
We employ close to two hundred US DOT and US DoD regulated driving professionals.
They take great care and pride in helping the Military’s young applicants and Recruits on their journey from home town USA to “Freedoms Front Door” at the MEPS, and possibly onto their first duty assignment at Basic Training.
A Veteran Team
Over sixty five percent of our drivers are Veterans of military service. Many of them were career officers, both non-commissioned and commissioned. StarForce’s first driver was a WW2 Vet. Several long time drivers served during the Korean War. Our driver team of today includes Veteran servicemen and women whose military careers date back to the late 1950s, the Vietnam War, Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the War in Afghanistan.
So, in addition to being consummate professionals, dedicated to USDOT compliance and driving safety, our drivers care about the military journey their passengers are embarked upon – because years ago, many of them traveled the same road.
