Harold Gonzalez ~ Sr. Vice President, National Chief of MEPCOM Contracts & Operations & Regional Manager
Harold joined StarForce in 2015 following a distinguished and decorated career in the US Army. In 2017 he was promoted to Regional Manager supervising the Ohio Valley Region (including the states of Indiana, Kentucky, and southern half of Ohio).. He also serves as Chief of MEPCOM Contracts and Operations, working directly with StarForce Headquarters and liaising with Regional Management in support of existing MEPS operations. |
John Haskin ~ Sr. Vice President & Regional Manager
Jon has been with StarForce since 2001. He leads route operations across a 6 state region stretching from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois in the East to the states of North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska in the West. Prior to StarForce Jon served in the Air Force for more than twenty years retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. For much of his career, he worked as a highly skilled mechanic maintaining the F-1 stealth fighter fleet, ending his career as an award winning Air Force recruiter. |
Neil Taylor ~ Sr. Vice President & Regional Manager
Neil joined StarForce in 2003, and since 2004 has led operations in the Great Plains region extending from Missouri and Kansas through Arkansas and Oklahoma. In addition to his regional operations leadership Neil serves as StarForce's Corporate Lead for Emergency Response and Crisis Management. Neil retired from the Air Force as a Major, having served as a navigator and flight instructor on the B-52. Neil also serves as the Deputy Commander of the Civil Air Patrol in Kansaas. |
Gary Balcom ~ Sr. Vice President & Regional Manager
Gary came on board in 2003 as the lead driver for StarForce's intensive local bus operations at the Lansing MEPS. In 2010 Gary was promoted to Regional Manager for the Great Lakes Regions now focused on Michigan and Northern Ohio. Gary retired from the Army as a Sergeant Major. After his distinguished military career, Gary spent years as a safety and security supervisor at the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Michigan in charge of facility security and compliance, and supervising a team of weapons trained guards. |
John Carroll, Jr. ~ Vice President & Regional Manager
John joined StarForce in 2o10 when the opportunity arose to expand route operations toward the eastern seaboard in support of the Springfield, Massachusetts MEPS. John now leads operations over the multi-state Northeast Region. John also serves as a Selectman and Police Commissioner for his hometown of Ware, MA, and is a retired Massachusetts State Trooper. |
Bernard Green ~ Vice President & Regional Manager
Bernard joined StarForce in the Spring of 2015, and was soon promoted to Regional Manager supervising operations in the Gulf States of Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Prior to StarForce, Bernard owned and operated a successful livery service contracted to provide transportation to the Louisiana Governor's office. He is a graduate of Jackson State University, where he played wide receiver for the football team. |
David Sutliff ~ Vice President & Regional Manager
David Sutliff has been with StarForce since 2008 when he came on board to lead the driver team at StarForce's new Spokane MEPS operation. In 2015, he was promoted to Area Manager in the Northwest Region, and in 2017, was promoted to Regional Manager supervising or StarForce's operations in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. David is a Navy Veteran, having served during the Vietman War. Afterward, David enjoyed an extensive career in the management of public school transportation in Washington State. |
Danny Hypes ~ Vice President & Regional Manager
Danny came to StarForce in 2015 to manage operations at the Beckley West Virginia MEPS. In 2017 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Area Manager over West Virginia operations, and in 2018 to Vice President and Regional Manager for the Mid South Region. Prior to StarForce, Danny enjoyed a 36 year career as supervisor for the West Virginia Highway Department. |
Patrice Dunlap ~ Vice President & Regional Manager
Patrice joined StarForce in 2013 to help supervise the company's expansion into the Tampa area, including Jacksonville MEPS, one of the country's busiest MEPS operations. In 2018 she was promoted to Vice President and Regional Manager of Southeast Region - Atlantic Side with a focus on Jacksonville and Jackson MEPS. |

Bob Bray ~ Vice President and National Driver Trainer
Bob has been with StarForce since the initiation of the Wisconsin Overland Recruiting Route System in 2001. He's driven challenging northern Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Michigan routes. He's played a critical roll setting up the lion's share of StarForce's expanding route system over the years -- including vehicle positioning, and fine tuning the practical logistics during the first few weeks of new operations and, most importantly, training many of our drivers to the military's and US DOT standard. Bob's is now the Company's National Driver Trainer, responsible for ensuring the drivers are well prepared to execute on behalf of the military. Prior to StarForce, Bob had a distinguished career in the United States Coast Guard. |
Marchand McGruder ~ Assistant Vice President & Area Manager

Karl Yockey ~ Assistant Vice President - Deputy Regional Manager - Great Lakes Region
Karl joined StarForce in 2013 initially to augment the driver team at the Lansing MEPS. In addition to those responsibilities he quickly took on operations and trouble shooting duties in support of 5 StarForce regions. In 2018 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Deputy Regional Manager for the Great Lakes Region. Prior to StarForce, Karl had a distinguihed 36 year career working for General Motors. |
