Lauren Gibson ~ President & CEO
Lauren joined StarForce's administrative team in 2004.. She assumed positions of increasing responsibility and was promoted to Assistant VP in 2010, VP in charge of Administration in 2012, Senior VP in charge of Administration, and Regulatory Compliance in 2014. and Executive VP with oversight of all administration and operations in 2016. She assumed her current role leading StarForce as President and CEO in July 2018. Lauren holds a JD degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, an Associates Nursing Degree from Christ College of Nursing and Health Science, and a BS from Ohio State University. |

Frank H. Mayfield, Jr. ~ Chairman of the Board & Founder
StarForce was led since its inception in 2001 to July 2018 by Frank H. Mayfield, Jr. Prior to forming StarForce, Frank had an extended career in risk management, serving for many years as Managing Director of Marsh & McLennan, the leading international risk management firm (MMC on NYSE). Frank also served as a five-term Ohio State Legislator. In 2018 he stepped down as President and CEO. He remains an active member of StarForce's leadership team, and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors., |

Debbie Kramer ~ Vice President & Business Manager
Debbie has been with StarForce since 2010 when she joined the company to floor-manage its bookkeeping function, She now also serves as StarForce's Regulatory Compliance Officer and supervises StarForce's payroll processing. Prior to StarForce, Debbie worked for many years as an administrative and fiscal manager for the University Club of Cincinnati. |

Judy McCullough & Frank H. Mayfield ~ Founders
Judy McCullough and Frank Mayfield co-founded StarForce in 2001. Judy served as StarForce's Secretary and Treasurer from 2001 to July 2018. She continues to provide leadership and strategic vision to the company as a member of the Board of Directors, Frank continues to serve the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
