2001 - 2004 Incorporation and Expanision
With proof of concept well established, Judy McCullough and Frank Mayfield decided to incorporate StarForce in 2001 as a distinct company built exclusively around supporting the military's recruiting mission.
Over the next 3 years, StarForce rapidly expanded, implementing Overland Recruiting Route systems modeled on the Great Lakes system
First in Wisconsin - serving Armed Forces Recruiting Centers whose applicants and Recruits processed at Milwaukee MEPS.
Following Wisconsin, new recruiting route programs were implemented in:

- Kansas and Missouri focused on Kansas City MEPS
- Oklahoma, North Texas, and Arkansas focused on Litte Rock and Shreveport MEPS.
